Welcome to RO Store India. These Terms of Service govern your purchasing, installation, service contracts, and use of our commercial and industrial water treatment systems across all 33 districts of Telangana and pan-India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from RO Store India ("Company", "we", "our"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Equipment Sales & Quotations

Formal quotations for commercial & industrial RO systems remain valid for 30 calendar days from issue.
All technical proposals are sized based on customer-provided raw water TDS and analysis parameters.
Orders are processed upon realization of agreed advance payments.

3. Standard Manufacturer Warranty

All RO Store India commercial reverse osmosis plants and SS tanks carry a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects on high-pressure pumps, control panels, and structural fabrication.
